| We offer the following shipping methods: United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail,Global Priority and Global Express. Cake toppers, Cakeside and Figurines Domestic All cake toppers, cakeside figurines and other figurines will ship Priority Mail or Express Mail. International All cake toppers, cakeside figurines and other figurines will ship Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail. Global Priority cannot be tracked. Return Policy If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we'll be happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange. Please note that we can only refund shipping and handling costs if the return is a result of our error. If you want to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and merchandise should be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order. If you paid by credit card and are requesting a refund, the amount should be credited on your card within 7-10 days. If you paid by check, you should receive your refund within 7-14 days.
